Since the Covid-19 outbreak, a lot of people around the world have been experiencing extreme levels of anxiety-related problems.
While the number of such cases has seen a surge, many are not completely aware of what anxiety truly is, how it can be identified and how they can deal with it.
Many people exchange the words ‘worry’ and ‘anxiety’ quite often, which is only partially correct.
In this episode, I speak to Purba Sen, a counselling psychologist from Noida. We discuss what anxiety is, what are the main causes of anxiety, how to spot its symptoms, and how to deal with it during this pandemic.
